Return Window

We offer a 2-day return window. You have exactly 2 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The request must be initiated within the 2-day period.
• The item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Any promotional items or certificates included with the piece must also be returned.

Important Note on Compensation

As per our policy, please remember that we do not offer cash or bank refunds. Upon the successful return and inspection of your item, you will be issued a store voucher of the exact purchase value.

• Voucher Validity: Vouchers are valid for use within the same calendar year only.
• Final Sale: Items returned after the 2-day window will not be eligible for a voucher or exchange.
